ASCENSION WELLNESS CANCELLATION POLICY At Ascension Wellness, we are committed to providing a tranquil and seamless experience for all our clients. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy our services, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our scheduling guidelines. We request a 48-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest who may be waiting to begin their wellness journey. Understanding that unexpected circumstances can arise, we offer one complimentary pass for a last-minute cancellation or missed appointment. Beyond this, a modest fee will apply: 50% of the service cost for late cancellations and 100% for no-shows. Consistency in scheduling helps us maintain availability and quality of service for all.
